Bring down the levels on the music when the woman starts talking around 0:20
Consider whether the visuals of the young woman as she is talking are the most effective way to draw in the viewer? Could you edit in images of China? of food? To add a bit more visual interest while she describes what you will do in the video
Is this music Chinese? If not, consider what the signifying function might be.
Since you are over a minute long (!), consider cutting the length on some of the prep scenes. This will improve the pacing as well.

I enjoy that your friend is using rolled up paper as her microphone
maybe show some screenshots of cooking on youtube or intercut some footage to add visual interest in the last interview scenes
