Description

Picadilo is an image editing site that has a lot of useful tools you might need. Other than the normal re-size, crop, and touch ups, you are able to put in text, frames, textures, and stickers. It is more of an everyday image editing tool. Also, you are able to create collages, which can be very useful.

I would take advantage of the retouch tools, they are really useful.

What the Tool Does Well

The retouch tools are very good. You can make model-like photos as in apply make up, eyelashes, etc.

What it Does Poorly

It takes a while for the effects to load. Also, you cannot see the effects until after you actually apply them. Unlike in Photoshop where you can see what’s happening as you go. Not convenient at all. 

What happens when you...

Sometimes you would retouch the photo with a brush, and you wouldn't see it immediately thinking that you have to keep retouching. Just be patient and click apply.

Well basically any other free web-based tool. I wouldn't say Adobe products are competitors, nor the products that are web-based but not free.
