Animation Desk

Review by Yvonne Villescas

Overview

Animation Desk allows you to draw and create animations directly on your iPad. You start with a blank canvas then draw your first frame. Then you layer additional frames until you complete the drawing. Along the way, you can use a variety of tools, including pencils, crayons, and paintbrushes which come in a variety of colors. You can create a custom background or use one of Animation standard backgrounds. You can also create a custom background by using images from your photo albums. Edits are made with an erasing tool or through the undo option.

Users can participate in a monthly ‘Project Animatter’ contest to win a $50 iTunes Gift card.
